slush
Headed back up to the mountains around noon. last minute decision. Super slushy but quite a bit of fun! lots of hot girls on the slopes heheh. Then tracked back to vancouver just in time to watch the Canucks put up a feeble fight against Nashville. Go Kesler! haha. After, the sister bought cheesecake etc. for the family (mors dagg). It was quite splendid! thanks sis! pussar!

Went on a mini work out series today! Weights, squash and swam! it was quite refreshing indeed! I'm so glad I hit the gym. Definitely going to make it a frequent thing this summer. I am so tired. Mum is making dinner right now and its smelling great! The smell of food and coffee makes one's stummy rumble! : D
Our boys are playing nashville tonight! I hope we win! Go canucks go!!!! Maybe I will go out later if they win! Have a few drinks at connor...i hope he has some beer left..

hung out with a few friends who came back from the east today! it was quite nice to see some old faces and just catch up. had many good laughs over some beers. Mostly just hung out at connor's place watching cheap tv series and playing music. I will now relax and sleep a bit...probably hit the gym tomorrow for a bit just to get back in shape ;)
