i cant say that im not tired. i feel like im awake much earlier than I should be but i guess bung's body is just programmed like that! :( worked from 5am till 11pm yesterday. It was quite a mess but the paycheck should come in nice. feeling pretty beat up and maybe not quite ready to crawl out from bed so i think ill hit the sack for another few more minutes!

Met up with a few friends today. Zach got back home from sweden recently so thats cool. Just enjoyed the sun and the heat (24 degrees last time i checked!). It was pretty gnarly! Super hot and sweaty but i guess thats July. Work tomorrow in the wee hours of the morning so I should probably hit the sack early tonight. looking forward to a nice ice cold shower later =D

I cant recall the last time I was ever so grateful for a shower at the end of a long day. Woke up this morning (maybe too early?), drove down to the gym. Forgot my towel so no shower, then came home and gardened and mowed the lawn a bit. By the time I looked at the phone I was about an hour until work! Work was quite satisfying today. I was under the sun all day! Words cant describe how filthy I felt at the end of the day. hahah.

Had an odd dream last night... dreamt of snow. haha. I think I need to slow down and enjoy the heat a little bit more! But only a few more months until snow creeps back onto the hills. I'm looking out the window now and the mountain still has a few patches here and there.. but nothing to be nostalgic about. bah so many things to do this summer, but a friend gave me a very good piece of advice today : "life's good, dont give yourself cancer over little things"

went downtown today for a bit. wasnt really feeling it all that much though since not much sleep was gained the night before = / dont know whats eating away at me but at least i managed to smile for the picture. Most of the stores in downtown were still boarded up from the riot from the hockey game. Thomas bought some new shades today from the store and I was so tempted to buy a new pair! Alas everything here costs so much! Its really a wonder how people can afford accessories and necessities in unison. Haha. Well I guess the mindless spenders like myself keep the economy afloat ;)

Pretty uneventful so far. Its pretty cold considering its summer! Still gotta put on a jacket when I'm staying out late! Feels like its a monday...
