yesterday, went to the gym and then to andreis. Now I am very sore. I think I will go back to bed and catch a little bit more rest! ;)

spent all morning staring out at the clouds today. when it all seemed pretty much over, sunlight poked through the clouds and it suddenly felt like summer! It was quite warm really. Headed down to a holmes place to have an afternoon grill. Then, headed down to the market for a quiet night out. just kidding ;))

The rain gave way to the sun today. took  a stroll down by the water. I really hope this carries over to tomorrow and give us some sunshine for the weekend! :)

todays day actually kind of felt almost like a contrast to the day before! It was dark from the moment i woke up this morning till now, sitting in front of the book. Now it is pouring outside and watering my garden. I suppose its little moments like these where I am thankful for a roof to live under, a bed to dream in and all the other delights of my life.
I believe the mountain re-opens in three days. Something to really look forward to at least while waiting out on this rain. Made some plans with the holmes for the night market this weekend again maybe. I hope they will have some more things for us to see and buy. I can hardly wait!

Time to curl up and read a good book!

night market!

I really was expecting a boring day today! But it actually turned out to be quite a wonderful evening! Went down to the night market to check things out. Super fun! Ran into alot of friends there and had some pretty sick food. It was really packed and the smells were nothing short of heavenly. I seriously recommend anyone who hasn't ever been to really give it a chance! Every one can find something there..I will be going again soon I know it!

spent most of the morning at the gym today. felt really productive but I did not go for the swim that I wanted to...an average day really. Mother earth finally put rain in the city today. I love the smell of wet cement! Is that weird? We took shelter at Spencer's today and just un-winded from the so called "tiring busy day" we all had.

I hope everyone finds a roof to sleep under tonight! It's supposed to rain for a little while...there goes my plans for the beach! :(

What a day. It seems like most of my posts now start with that phrase. But really. What a day!

Hit the gym this morning with Connor & Robby. Probably one of my most productive sessions. I loved every moment!
After, had a meeting to sort some paper work. yadda yadda.
Canucks swept the sharks tonight with an epic win of 7-3...didnt really feel like a play off game! Had a few beers at andrei's and we cooked sausages over an open fire. Quite spantastic! : )

Looking forward to tomorrow! Wonder what will happen??

Had a lovely beach bonfire last night. My eyes are a little tired from staring at it for too long.

Received a message from Matty this morning. Turns out the mountain's going to be open for another month! What fucking luck! Though... I don't know if I should be glad or not. I was really ready to tie an end to this season. Am I obliged to be glad or is it wrong to want a little summer?

No. Subject1

Just working on a dream here. It's been pretty wet for the past few days since connor's. rain just isn't the same as the snow. Been spending the last few days between andreis, the gym and at home. Looking outside right now, it just rained for 5 minutes straight and now the sun is peeking out behind the rain clouds... maybe I can fire up the grill in a bit for lunch!
I feel like this could be quite a fulfilling break away from winter. But the summer is not everything! Last night I really dreamed of the mountains, the crisp smell of wet pine, the rust on the rails, the sound of scraping off a kicker... woke up smelling the faint scent of snow...how could i ever forget?
